Five-thousand-meter passes, wild valleys, and a landscape that in places resembles semi-desert. A country where hospitality is almost sacred, but where unpredictable weather or shepherd dogs will put you to the test on the trail. We're talking about Georgia – the pearl of the Caucasus, balancing between raw adventure and fast-growing tourism.
