Basically, everything you'll want to know before you head out on the Kungsleden yourself.

## So why a podcast?

We ourselves often look for inspiration on where to go next, or hunt for specific information about a particular trek. But when we've been staring at a screen all day, we want to take a bit of a break, not spend even more time reading articles. We'd much rather put something on in our ears and go for a run in the woods, or at least a walk. Podcasts help us pass the time in the car or on the train – we're basically hooked on them. In our view, there's very little audio content about trekking here in Czechia, so we decided to dive in ourselves.
