# #13 Ultralight gear proven on long-distance trails – Pavel Sabela (part 2)

Authors: David Czempka

Date: 2023-03-07

A continuation of the 13th episode of the Život na treku podcast with Pavel Sabela, with whom I talked about everything he carries on long trails - quilts, tarps, clothing, etc.

A continuation of episode 13 with Pavel Sabela, with whom I talked about everything he carries on long trails. Even though it's not much 🤣, it took an hour and a half and, as always, it was a meaty one 🙃.

We went through every item on his gear list in detail, from quilts and backpacks all the way to spoons 🥄, boxers, and massage balls, and we talked mainly about what has proven itself for him over the past few years and how. Pavel was firing off one tip after another! Enjoy 🎧!
