# #39 We survived the Kungsleden in winter (27 days and 470 km) – Lucie Kutrová, Míša Krejčová

Authors: David Czempka

Date: 2025-05-09

The strongest moments from our expedition. Listen to how Lůca wanted to quit the very first morning, how we slept at -30 °C and how you go to the toilet in polar conditions 💩.

Ever since we got back from the Kungsleden, we keep hearing the same question over and over: "Will there be a podcast?" Well, okay – here it is! Listen to our chat about our polar expedition Lážo plážo, which we set out on this February as a crew of Lucka Kutrová, Filip Šroller, Marvel 🐺, and Míša and David from Gramino. Together we spent 27 days immersed in the freezing Kungsleden – and now we're sharing the experience with you.

We talk through the most intense moments and the big and small screw-ups. Hear how Lůca wanted to call it quits the very first morning, how we slept at -30 °C, how you go to the toilet in polar conditions 💩, and how we pulled it off without killing each other 🔪 🤣. Of course, you'll also get a few practical tips on gear, getting by in freezing temperatures, and the Kungsleden itself. So hit play 🎧 and tune in to the northern vibe with us!
