### 3. Send the socks to us

We are rather fond of our lives, so please wash the socks before you send them.

### 4. You get a voucher for a new pair

As soon as your socks reach us, we send you a voucher to order a new pair with.

### 5. We ship

We send the new socks straight back to you. Feel free to pick a different model.

### 6. Swapped

The new socks are at your place, ready to take on the next challenges and adventures!

## What is not covered by the guarantee?

### Damage caused by an animal

We could eat Darn Tough socks up – they are comfy, tough and come with a glorious guarantee. Your pet, however, does not have to eat them (literally). Give it a treat instead.

### Burns

Merino wool is naturally fire resistant – that does not mean you can use it as a pot holder at the campfire. Burnt socks are not covered by the guarantee.

### Only child

The guarantee against holes applies to a pair of socks, not to single ones. Try searching your trouser legs or the washing machine drum properly.
