## Full terms of the Unwanted Gift Exchange

## 1. Introductory provisions

These terms for the “Unwanted Gift Exchange” service (the “**service**”) govern the relationship between the contracting parties, namely **Gramino s.r.o.**, company ID (IČO): 057 69 884, VAT ID: CZ05769884, registered office Frýdecká 424, 739 61 Třinec, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file no. C 89654, as the seller (the “**seller**”), and the buyer (the “**buyer**”). The service applies to all products (except the [e-gift card](/gift-card)) ordered from 4 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 in the online stores www.gramino.cz, www.gramino.sk, www.gramino.pl and www.gramino.com. The service contract is concluded at the moment the purchase contract for the chosen product is concluded.

## 2. Description of the service and conditions of use

Within the first 14 days of receiving the goods, the buyer may exercise their statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract under the [terms and conditions](/terms-conditions). The buyer may use the service no earlier than 14 days after receiving the goods. The service allows the buyer to return the product to the seller without giving a reason until 31 January 2027, provided the following conditions are met:

- The goods were ordered and paid for in the online store www.gramino.cz, www.gramino.sk, www.gramino.pl or www.gramino.com between 4 November 2026 and 31 December 2026.
- Before using this service, the buyer has not exercised their statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The buyer uses the service by delivering the product together with the completed unwanted gift exchange form in person or by any carrier to the premises of Gramino s.r.o. (Frýdecká 424, 739 61 Třinec, Czech Republic) no later than 31 January 2027. The date the product is delivered to the seller is decisive. The buyer bears the cost of sending the product to the seller.
- The buyer proves the purchase of the product in the Gramino online store with a tax receipt or an order number.
- The buyer returns the product with all its accessories, without signs of use, including the packaging, which shows only signs of normal unpacking.

## 3. Refund of the product price as a voucher

If the conditions of the service are met, the seller will without undue delay refund the purchase price of the returned product **as a voucher for purchases in the online store www.gramino.com**. The seller will email the voucher to the address given in the unwanted gift exchange form. If no email is given, it will be sent to the buyer's original email address from the order of the returned product. **The voucher is valid until 14 February 2027.** The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher value can be used gradually across several purchases. Any voucher value not used by the end of its validity expires and is not refunded by the seller. The customer applies the voucher in the cart or at checkout by entering it in the relevant field.

**If goods bought with a voucher are returned,** the buyer will receive a new voucher valid for 14 days.

## 4. Final provisions

These terms take effect on 4 November 2026.
