@furla can you please come back to me regarding my request? I am contacting you because I am not getting the necessary support in store and quite frankly the service that I have been getting is astonishingly poor. I am hoping that this email will help to amend my customer experience with our most recent purchase. Being great Furla lovers as a family, my mother and I purchased a Furla wallet as a birthday gift for my sister. The purchase was made from my mother's account on the 18th Aug 2018 at the Furla store in Via Giacomo Matteotti, 37 Ravenna 48121 and the lady that served us is called "Serena", as reported in the receipt. We purchased a Furla Babylon XL Bi-Fold Onyx 790633 for a total of €155. Unfortunately, my sister did not like the color that we had selected mentioning that she would have preferred the Beige version of the same style. We went to the store at the start of September and "Serena" said that she did not have that color and she could only offer an exchange for "Ruby", which we obviously did not want. The wallet had never been used (and still has not to this date) so we asked for a refund which it was denied. We then asked to have a €155 worth Furla voucher in order to buy the item at another Furla store or potentially online but she denied to do so because it was not practice at this store. At that point we asked if she could order it directly from her store so we could do an exchange once the Beige wallet had reached the store but that was also refused because the items come in batch and she had no control over them. She said however that we could have gone past the 30 days and exchanged it for another article. We are well ahead of those 30 days, and despite having visited the store multiple times, the wallet is still not showing up at this store. To date we have not been able to give the gift that my sister wanted because we have hit a dead end road in this store. As this specific store does not seem to be able to provide what we want we would like to be refunded so that we can make the purchase online or at another store and would appreciate if you could facilitate this. I really look forward to hearing back from you.
