## Description

An ultralight, waterproof and durable backpack liner that keeps your gear dry in any weather. Designed for thru-hikers and ultralight enthusiasts who count every gram but don't want to compromise on reliability. The liner is fully compatible with the vast majority of ultralight backpacks on the market.

## What makes this product special?

A durable, ultralight backpack liner that keeps your gear dry.

100% polyamide material, 35 micron thickness, weight 39 g, dimensions 50 × 95 cm, volume approx. 50 l (approx. 42 l usable), transparent so you can see what's inside, odor-proof, food-safe material, the top can be trimmed to size

## Specifications

**The Gramino Ultralight Waterproof Backpack Liner** is a smart alternative to a set of dry bags, which often form hard "cylinders" inside your backpack and leave plenty of space unused. Pack all your gear into one liner instead and you'll fill every corner of your pack.

The result is **100% use of the volume, a better center of gravity and more comfort** with no pressure points on your back, because everything forms one compact block.

The main trump card is weight; while a set of ordinary bags can easily weigh 150 g, our liner is just **39 grams**. For better organization you can pair it with lightweight [mesh stuff sacks](/p/sea-to-summit-mesh-stuff-sack-2023) and you can be sure your gear stays dry while you carry a good bit less dead weight.

It also works great as extra insurance alongside waterproof dry bags.

## Main advantages

- **Highly durable, robust material:** No need to worry about accidental punctures or tears. Thanks to the **100% polyamide** used at a thickness of **35 microns** it's tougher than the popular Nylofume liners, which are only 25 microns thick. And there's simply no comparing our liner's durability with an ordinary plastic bag.
- **Perfect visibility:** The transparent material helps you keep your gear organized.
- **Ultralight design:** The whole liner weighs just **39 grams**, which makes it one of the lightest and most reliable ways to keep water out.
- **Adjustable size:** Got a smaller backpack and the liner is longer than you need? You can trim the top of the liner exactly **to size**.
- **Odor-proof:** Ideal for keeping food safe from animals or separating dirty laundry from the rest of your pack.
- **Food-safe:** The material is food-grade, so you can pack several days' food supply into it without a second thought.

## Technical parameters

- **Weight:** 39 g
- **Dimensions:** 50 x 95 cm
- **Total volume:** approx. 50 liters (with a filled liner measuring 20 x 30 x 85 cm)
- **Usable volume:** approx. 42 liters (allowing roughly 15 cm of height needed to roll and close the liner securely)
- **Material:** 100% polyamide (the same material used for the popular Nylofume Pack Liners)
- **Thickness:** 35 microns (significantly higher tear resistance)

**How does it work?** For 100% waterproofing, just fill the liner with your gear, push out the excess air and roll the top edge down tightly or secure it with an elastic band.
