## What's the book about?

[**Pavlína Adam**](/pavlina-adam) does things all the way. When it's time to work, she works. When it's time to travel, she travels. During the covid pandemic she left a senior civil service post at a ministry and set off around the world. In 2022 she and her American partner Sarah threw themselves into an adventure called **Great Himalaya Trail**. They walked the 1700 km route, considered the hardest long-distance trek in the world, as the first all-female team in history and as the very first people to complete it during the monsoon season. Dive into Pavlína's unique account of **everything two girls can run into on a journey across Nepal**.

The book is full of **experiences and stories**, **inspiring thoughts** and **breathtaking photos**. Among other things, you'll also find a complete gear list of Pavlína's ultralight kit!
