## NEMO Dragonfly OSMO 2P

The **NEMO Dragonfly OSMO 2P** tent is an **ultralight freestanding three-season double-wall tent** with an ideal balance of weight and interior space. Its total weight (including accessories) is just **1.49 kg**. Inside the tent you'll find **plenty of room and comfort for 2 people**, not just for sleeping but for sitting too.

Thanks to **2 separate doors with 2 asymmetric vestibules** for storing backpacks, you and your buddy won't get in each other's way inside the tent. The tent also has **plenty of clever features and thoughtful details** that are sure to make your time and sleep outdoors more enjoyable.

**The new 2026 version** features an improved pole structure, taller doors, increased interior space, and a stronger, more stable frame made from recycled aluminum poles.

The package includes not just **the tent itself** (inner tent, rainfly) **with one jointed pole**, but also **tent stakes**, **guy line**, **a pole repair sleeve** and a handy **stuff sack** with a roll-top closure.

## Clever features

#### Inner tent – mesh

The inner tent is made from OSMO ripstop material and insect-proof mesh, which also **eliminates condensation**. **White mesh** is used on the sides of the tent for more privacy, while overhead there's **black mesh**, through which you can watch the night sky.

#### Pole structure with hub

Pre-bent recycled **aluminum DIAPOLE™ poles** with a hub include the **Precurve™** cross-brace, which increases headroom volume by 34% while also widening the space at the highest point and at the foot end.

#### Landing Zone™ storage area

The vestibules can be fitted with a **waterproof extra storage area**, which protects your gear from moisture and dirt from the ground.

#### Patented Gatekeeper™ clips

A simple and elegant solution for **securing the tent door and mesh** using the integrated Gatekeeper™ clips, which you can operate with just one hand.

#### Vents

To **reduce condensation inside the tent**, you can open the small vents on the rainfly, located above both doors.

#### Practical packing

The whole tent, including poles, can be packed into an improved **stuff sack with a roll-top closure**. It's also designed so that **you can split the tent's weight** with a partner, if you pack the poles and stakes separately.

#### Interior integrated pocket

Inside the tent, at the top overhead, you'll also find **one larger, practical mesh pocket for storing gear** or drying wet clothing.

#### Small pockets on the sides

On both sides of the inner tent (bedroom) you'll find a **small practical pocket**, designed **for storing your phone** or other small items.

#### Night pockets for light

At the top of the inner tent are 2 small corner pockets – when you place lit headlamps inside them in the evening, they **evenly diffuse the light** throughout the tent while also **removing blue light**.

## Materials

NEMO's entire OSMO line of tents is made from the patented [OSMO ripstop material](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfMRhbQO7Zw&t=1s). It's a **combination of 100% recycled polyester and nylon**, that is **20% stronger**, has **4x better water repellency** and **3x less stretch when wet** compared to commonly used tent materials. OSMO material also contains no PFAS, no added chemicals were used in its manufacturing, and it meets flame-retardancy standards. It also carries [bluesign®](https://www.bluesign.com/en/) certification and uses solution-dyed technology. That means this material is manufactured in a way that's safe for the environment, workers, and its users.

## Construction

The tent is **freestanding**, meaning it can stand on its own without being staked down. If needed, only the vestibule walls need to be staked out or secured (using stakes or, for example, larger rocks).

Setting up the tent itself is **quick, simple, and intuitive** thanks to **color-coded components**.

The tent's main structure is formed by **one jointed pole** with a hub. The inner tent attaches to the pole structure with clips, and the rainfly is draped over it and secured.
