It's made from hardened polymer blended with carbon fibers that reduce wear. Ideal for long-distance treks, bikepacking, trail ultramarathons, road trips and everyday use. Compared to the previous generation it brings a fundamental technological leap in voltage, energy conversion efficiency and mechanical durability. ## What makes this product special? The new generation of the world's lightest 10 000 mAh power bank. capacity 10 000 mAh (39 Wh), weight 143 g, dimensions 116 × 46,8 × 14,5 mm, carbon composite body, two high-speed USB-C ports serving as both output and input, option to charge the power bank and another device at the same time, standard and power-saving output modes, Knock to Wake function with RGB indicators, IPX7 rating, UN38.3 certification for air travel ## Specifications The power bank's body, made from **carbon composite**, guarantees low weight and high strength. Both high-speed **USB-C ports** work as outputs, and one of them also charges the power bank itself. Charging the power bank and another device at the same time is supported too. A high-voltage 9V platform with an optimized control circuit makes **higher charging output** possible. As a result the power bank has a **higher real usable capacity**, charges connected devices faster and heats up less under load. The power bank offers **two output modes** that you switch between with a long press of the button. **Standard mode** is for fast, high-output charging, while **power-saving mode** maximizes energy efficiency and extends the overall runtime of the pack. The color backlighting of the connectors clearly signals which mode is active. New for this generation is the **Knock to Wake** function, which lets you wake the power bank with a simple double tap on the body – no hunting for a mechanical button. Once activated, dynamic RGB indicators for port status and charge level light up, which makes handling easier in the dark, in the cold or with gloves on. The power bank has an **ingress protection rating** of **IPX7**, so it stands up not just to rain and snow but also to temporary immersion in water. The other protections against short circuit, overvoltage, high voltage, overheating and so on remain in place too. The power bank is safe and **approved for air travel**. The package also includes a lightweight **USB-C charging cable** (5 g) that you'll never lose, because you can easily turn it into a loop for carrying or hanging the power bank. ## GEN4 differences compared to the previous GEN3 version - higher real usable capacity at 5 V output - faster charging thanks to higher output power - increased maximum input power for faster recharging - a new 9V high-voltage platform instead of the standard 3.85V platform - higher cell energy density at a lower weight - more compact dimensions and weight down to 143 g while keeping the same capacity - a higher IPX7 water resistance rating instead of IPX5 - added smart functions (dynamic RGB indicators and the Knock to Wake function) ## Parameters - Capacity: 10 000 mAh, 3.9 V (39 Wh) - Rated capacity: 6800 mAh 5 V (TYP 3A), 7200 mAh (TYP 1A) - USB-C input: 5V–3A / 9V–2,22A / 12V–1,87A (22,5W MAX) - 2x USB-C output: 5V–3A / 9V–2,22A / 12V–1,87A (22,5W MAX) - Dimensions: 116 x 46,8 x 14,5 mm - Accessories included: cable with magnetic holder - Weight: 143 g ± 5 g [Video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26E2HDx3Py4) ## Specs - Color: Black - Battery capacity: 10000 mAh - Battery type: Lithium-ion battery - Battery charging: USB-C - Material composition: Carbon fiber - Dimension: 11,6 x 4,7 x 1,5 cm - Weight: 143 g - Woocommerce product id: 186508 - Brand: Nitecore ## Related - [Nitecore NB Air](/p/nitecore-nb-air.md) - [Nitecore NU35](/p/nitecore-nu35.md) - [Nitecore NU33](/p/nitecore-nu33.md) - [Nitecore NU25 MCT UL](/p/nitecore-nu25-mct-ul.md) - [Nitecore NB20000 Power Bank GEN3](/p/nitecore-nb20000-power-bank-gen3.md) - [Nitecore NU25 MCT](/p/nitecore-nu25-mct.md) - [Petzl Actik Core 2025](/p/petzl-actik-core.md) - [Petzl Actik 2025](/p/petzl-actik.md) ## Shipping and returns - [Shipping and payment](/shipping-payment) - [Returns](/return-order) ## Images - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-01-01KWWHRFF9SPNVQPAJV21X4E7M.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-02-01KWWHRFSE3BJC9BGE9J65D78J.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-03-01KWWHRG14ET2HFAP6WP5NM0EP.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-04-01KWWHRG8PMFPNZ6AQNAQRC34S.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-05-01KWWHRGGCWTAE3D008SRAGCXM.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-06-01KWWHRGQ2GSXCP8F53H71SDZ5.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-07-01KWWHRS73DWRHMV2TY9RFR8N5.jpg) - ![Nitecore NB10000 Power Bank GEN4](https://media.gramino.com/medusa/Nitecore-NB10000-Power-Bank-GEN4-08-01KWWHRSG37GH9XTZFHZ9SR21X.jpg) ## Identifiers - SKU: NB10000GEN4 - EAN: 6952506498123 - Handle: nitecore-nb10000-power-bank-gen4 - Brand: Nitecore This product is also available as [HTML](/p/nitecore-nb10000-power-bank-gen4).
