Adventure Menu is a Czech brand based in Trutnov that specializes in making and distributing high-quality and nutritionally balanced meals designed for all outdoor activities, like hiking, camping, climbing, and other sports, but also for times when you just need a quick and healthy meal "on the go." All good ideas come up over a beer

The beginnings of the Adventure Menu brand date back to 2010, when a couple of twenty-something buddies complained over a beer that they had to cook complicated meals while traveling and use heavy cans. Eventually, they eagerly locked themselves in the kitchen and started searching for a technological process that would allow them to create complete meals with sides and without chemicals, all while lasting in the heat for up to 2 years. While they tested the first samples and products on themselves and their school friends, they ultimately succeeded despite a rough start. They also added a unique flameless self-heating feature to their first travel meals. In 2019, they came up with a completely new method of drying ready meals that is gentle on the food itself, ensures quick rehydration, and simultaneously guarantees the meal has exactly the same taste, aroma, and nutritional values as if it were fresh. Plus, they use about 30% less energy compared to regular drying methods. And that’s how our favorite ultralight dehydrated food for mountains, trips, and long-distance trails was born.
