Christmas delivery
When do you need to order for your parcel to arrive before Christmas Eve, and how do we operate over the holidays? You'll find everything on this page.
Carriers haven't set the exact Christmas shipping deadlines yet. As soon as they do, you'll find them on this page. Based on previous years, we expect the cut-off to be Friday 18 December 2026 – parcels must be handed over to the carrier by noon that day. We ship orders right away.
We'll ship the last orders before the holidays on Wednesday 23 December 2026. Personal pickup at our premises in Třinec, Czech Republic, will also be possible until Wednesday 23 December 2026 at 3 pm. After Christmas we'll ship orders on 28–30 December 2026, and we're closed on 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027. We'll resume shipping after New Year on Monday 4 January 2027.
