We know a gift sometimes misses the mark, so until 31 January 2027 you can exchange gifts with us for a voucher and get something else instead. It applies to all products except the e-gift card bought between 4 November and 31 December 2026. You'll find the full terms of the Unwanted Gift Exchange here.

Send us the unwanted gift
Fill in the unwanted gift exchange form (email us at info@gramino.com to get it) and send it to us at your own cost with the unused product and all its accessories by any courier, or bring it in person to our premises in Třinec, Czech Republic. The parcel must reach us by 31 January 2027.

We'll send you a voucher
We'll email you a voucher worth the returned product to the address given in the exchange form. The voucher is valid until 14 February 2027.
