Popular ultralight three-season tent for three people from the American brand Big Agnes. It's one of the most commonly used tents on long-distance trails like the AT, PCT, and CDT. The Tiger Wall is the lightest tent for 3 with two doors and two vestibules from Big Agnes's lineup. The tent material is now equipped with the innovative HyperBead™ technology, making it even lighter, stronger, and more waterproof.
What makes the product special?

The new Tiger Wall tent models for 2025 feature the innovative HyperBead™ technology, which improves material strength, increases waterproofness, and also reduces weight (more info below).
The tent has two side doors with spacious vestibules for storing your stuff. The rainfly is equipped with two zipper sliders and a storm flap with Velcro. Setting it up during the day or night is made easier by reflective guy lines and color-coded elements of the tent. Inside the tent, you'll find loops for attaching gear lofts and other equipment.
Setting up the tent is easier thanks to the clever TipLok Tent Buckle™ in the corners of the tent, which has three functions: securing the pole structure, tensioning and attaching the rainfly to the tent body, and staking it down.
Setting up and taking down the tent is easy and quick, thanks to the single-pole construction made from a lightweight and durable DAC Featherlite aluminum pole.
A great thing about the Tiger Wall is all the storage space. You'll find the biggest pocket (the so-called 3D bin) up at the ceiling, two smaller pockets at the entrance, and the last pocket is located above your head. It has openings in the corners specifically for those who like to listen to music – you can put your phone in the top pocket and run the headphone cable through the opening.

The pole runs down the center at the feet, so the back wall is always nicely taut in the middle, which creates more usable space in the foot area and reduces the chance of the sleeping bag's footbox sticking to the damp rainfly from condensation.
To ensure better air ventilation and reduce possible condensation, there's a vent located above the vestibule doors. We also recommend using the zipper sliders on the rainfly at the entrance. With two sliders, you can partially open the zipper from the bottom and the top. Keeping the inner tent doors open is made easy with the Quick Stash holder.
To ensure extra stability, there are Velcro strips on the inside of the rainfly, which you can use to connect the rainfly to the structure.
You can also use the tent in Fast Fly mode, where you leave the tent body (inner tent) at home and just take the poles, rainfly, and stakes. This way, you’ll get down to a nice weight of 936 grams. However, you will need original footprint, which is not included in the package. The footprint will also extend the life of the tent body. Alternatively, we recommend using at least Tyvek.
You'll also get a handy compression transport bag, EZ Pack Stuff Sack, with a large longitudinal opening and a compression closure for easy and quick packing.

For ultralight tents in 2025, Big Agnes is bringing you a new innovative material treatment technology – HyperBead™. Thanks to this advanced waterproof treatment, the tents are lighter, stronger, and more durable than ever before. HyperBead™ is free of PFAS and other harmful substances, offering a safer and more sustainable alternative to standard water-repellent treatments without any negative impact on health and the environment.
Compared to standard materials, tents with HyperBead™ technology have:
Unlike regular DWR treatments, HyperBead™ is impermeable at the molecular level, so it maintains its effectiveness throughout the life of the tent. At the same time, it stretches less when it's humid, which helps with better stability and a longer lifespan of the material.
