Weight
Ultralight winter sleeping bag weighing less than a kilo! For the hardy hikers, it’s sufficient for almost any winter conditions in our region. For the cold-sensitive hikers, it serves as a reliable three-season option. Its low weight and excellent packability come solely from premium materials. Don’t expect any compromises on comfort—this sleeping bag has all the features you could wish for.

The sleeping bag's construction uses Pertex Quantum fabric 29 g/m², which perfectly combines low weight, durability, breathability, and packability. The outer fabric is treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating that holds light condensation or a few drops of water.
The sleeping bag is filled with 600 grams of goose down with a fill power of 850 cuin. The ratio of down to small feathers is 95/5. The upper chambers are separated from the lower ones and are filled with slightly more down. The down is distributed here in a ratio of 55/45.

The sleeping bag uses trapezoidal chambers that prevent the formation of "cold spots" at the seams of two chambers. Compared to Lite Line series, Panyam is a bit more spacious. The width of the sleeping bag at the shoulders is 80 cm and 55 cm at the hips. Based on our experience, the basic size M is suitable for individuals with a height of up to 190 cm.
For easy orientation, the drawcords for the hood and the collar are differentiated; you tighten the hood with a flat strap and the collar with an elastic band. The sleeping bag has a separate collar filled with down that wraps around your neck from both sides and prevents heat loss through the hood. The foot box area with the name Shark-fin prevents down compression, is comfortable, and provides better thermal performance than regular designs. Inside the sleeping bag, there is a mesh pocket for a mobile phone, earplugs, or other small items.
The sleeping bag has a 175 cm long YKK zipper with an extended slider to prevent it from snagging on the fabric when zipped. At the foot section, there is a second slider that is ideal for ventilation. Behind the zipper on the inside, there is a down-filled insulating tube, which minimizes heat loss through the zipper itself. Two Cumulus sleeping bags with opposite zippers (left + right) can be connected together.

A simple travel storage sack is included with the sleeping bag. The sleeping bag has a cylindrical shape with a volume of 8,6 liters and dimensions of 29/19 cm (height/diameter).
The original sack cannot be further compressed and is not waterproof, so we recommend getting a sack that that solves both problems. The ideal choice is STS compression sack eVENT Ultra-Sil of size S or a classic waterproof bag Sea To Summit Ultra-Sil Dry Sack about size 13 l.
You also get a large storage bag for home use with the sleeping bag, so the sleeping bag isn't unnecessarily compressed for a long time.
In the video, you can see the packing of the Panyam 600 sleeping bag into the S size eVent Ultra-Sil compression sack.
