If you are a dedicated minimalist and are truly concerned about every gram and inch of space in your backpack, the X-Lite series should definitely be on your radar. The X-Lite 400 is a temperature guarantee from spring to autumn. It maintains a very low weight and packed volume.

Materials
The body of the sleeping bag is made from an ultralight and packable fabric, Toray Airtastic 19 g/m². It is one of the lightest fabrics in the world, which does not allow down to escape and has sufficient durability for use in sleeping bags. It is well breathable, windproof, and very pleasant to the touch. The outer side of the fabric is treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating that traps light condensation or a few drops of water. Thanks to the shade of the fabric used, you can even see through the sleeping bag.
The filling consists of 400 grams of goose down with a fill power of 900 cuin! The ratio of down to small feathers is 95/5. The upper chambers are separated from the lower ones and are filled with slightly more down. The down is distributed in a ratio of 55/45. The weight of the sleeping bag's construction without down is a mere 175 grams, making the total weight 575 grams.
Construction
The sleeping bag uses trapezoidal chambers that prevent the formation of "cold spots" at the seam of two chambers. The width of the sleeping bag at the shoulders is 77 cm and at the hips is 51 cm. Based on our experience, the basic size M is suitable for individuals with a maximum height of 183 cm. The foot box construction called Shark-fin prevents down compression, is comfortable, and provides better thermal performance than regular constructions.
Features
The sleeping bag zipper has a two-thirds length and is equipped with two sliders for ventilation. On the inside behind the zipper, there is a down-filled insulating tube to prevent heat loss.
For easy orientation, the tightening of the hood and collar is distinguished, with the hood being tightened with a flat strap and the collar with an elastic band. The last chamber at the neck is filled with a larger amount of down, creating a comfortable collar that also prevents heat loss.
Sleeping bag accessories
A simple travel storage sack is included with the sleeping bag. The sleeping bag has a cylindrical shape with a volume of 5,5 liters and dimensions of 23/15 cm (height/diameter).
The original sack cannot be further compressed and is not waterproof, so we recommend getting a sack that that solves both problems. The ideal choice is STS compression sack eVENT Ultra-Sil of size XS or a classic waterproof bag Sea To Summit Ultra-Sil Dry Sack about size 8 l.
You also get a large storage bag for home use with the sleeping bag, so the sleeping bag isn't unnecessarily compressed for a long time.
