Benefits of Darn Tough merino socks

Really! Darn Tough stands so firmly behind the quality of their socks that if you get a hole in your socks, you’ll get a new pair.
Quality socks are the foundation of every adventure. The lifetime warranty provides valuable feedback from users and serves as a driving force for continuous improvement, supporting Darn Tough's mission: 'We design and manufacture the most comfortable, durable, and best-fitting socks.'
It doesn't matter where you bought the socks – you can make a claim at the distributor for the Czech market, abroad, and at brick-and-mortar stores of Darn Tough sock retailers (you don't even need a receipt).
You can find all the details about the warranty and the exchange process on this page.

You don't need to wash merino socks after every wear. Merino wool is naturally antibacterial, which makes it odor-resistant. Washing them less often actually benefits the material and boosts its durability. So, you can wash the socks after a few days of wear, or even after a month. It's all about your personal preferences.
Before washing, turn the socks inside out.
Wash in the washing machine on a gentle cycle or in warm water. If your washing machine has a wool wash setting, you can use that. If you'll be washing the socks while trekking in the wild, we recommend universal cleaner Sea To Summit, which is gentle on both the environment and your socks and skin. Don't use bleach or fabric softeners.
Leave the socks to dry in the dryer on a low temperature or ideally air dry them.
What to watch out for: High heat and aggressive chemicals can damage the properties of merino wool fibers. To make those socks last as long as possible, keep these 4 rules in mind:
