Waterproof socks designed in an outdoor style for extreme weather. Both the outer and inner layers are enhanced with merino wool that has natural antibacterial properties. These socks provide great comfort, maximum warmth, reduce odor and blisters in tough conditions. They also help wick away moisture, which is essential for keeping your feet dry during active movement. They come up to mid-calf length and have padded soles with elastic arch support.
This might come in handy for you.
Waterproof socks are great for hikes, cycling, around the house, basically anywhere you want to keep your feet dry and warm. Since they don't let water in and are windproof, they're way warmer than regular socks. The inner Coolmax layer with added silver ions enhances everything, giving it antibacterial properties, wicking moisture away, and drying quickly.
We use socks in trail running shoes for mountain hikes in cold weather and in winter, which we wouldn't dare do in regular socks. They're also great for wet terrain and rain. This way, I can avoid blisters from long walks with wet feet. Even with their waterproofing, the socks still have good breathability.
We recommend reading our article about the use and selection of waterproof socks on the blog.

Washing
You can machine wash the socks with regular laundry detergents on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 40°C, or wash them by hand.
Drying
Socks shouldn't be dried directly on a heat source like a fireplace or radiator, but only nearby. Let your socks dry by dripping. First, let them dry inside out, then flip them over and dry them on the outside. Don't wring out your socks!
