Brazilian coffee from Minas Gerais stands out for its rich flavor with chocolate and nutty notes. The coffee is packed in a practical travel filter that you simply place on a cup, pour hot water over, and let it drip through. One filter makes 150–200 ml of coffee, depending on how strong you want it.

Specialty coffee (10 g), freshly ground into a practical filter and packed in a nitrogen-sealed pouch.

Immediately after preparation, the taste is dominated by a pronounced bitterness, which comes from medium-dark roasting. However, this bitterness mellows within the first two minutes, gradually revealing a nutty undertone.
With 150 ml of water, the flavor is very intense. You can soften it by using more water during preparation or by adding milk later. This coffee is recommended for conservative coffee drinkers who enjoy strong flavors with a bitter note.

This coffee comes from the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil, specifically from the Fazenda Sertão farm, which spans 850 hectares, with 330 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation. The farm grows several coffee varieties, such as Red and Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catucai, and Yellow Catuai. In addition to coffee, the farm also produces bananas and corn and is used for livestock farming.
Jose Isidro Pereira, a dentist who inherited Fazenda Sertão from his mother, was among the first generation of coffee growers in this region. This inheritance marked the end of his dental career and the beginning of his journey in coffee farming.
