Honduras Las Capucas has a balanced flavor dominated by caramel sweetness and roasted nuts. It comes in a convenient travel filter that you simply place over your mug, pour in hot water, and let it drip through. Each filter yields 150-200 ml of coffee, depending on how strong you want it.

Specialty coffee (10 g), freshly ground into a practical filter and packed in a nitrogen-sealed pouch.

Honduras Las Capucas has a balanced flavor that's dominated by a sweetness reminiscent of caramel with roasted nuts. This coffee leans more towards being low-acid, but as it cools, you might notice a slight acidity in its taste. It pairs wonderfully with milk – both regular and plant-based alternatives.

The growers of the Cooperativa Cafetalera Capucas Limitada (COCAFCAL) cultivate coffee near the Celaque National Park and the highest mountain of the same name in Honduras, which serves as a major water reservoir in the region. At an altitude of 1 450 – 1 600 meters, you'll find fertile soil and ideal climate conditions for growing high-quality beans. The coffee plants are shaded by local coniferous trees (like the gravilea tree or cedars) as well as fruit trees (citrus). For over 10 years, the growers have taken pride in numerous certifications, including Fairtrade and Organic.
