Materials
The Torrid Pullover Women's is a women's insulated jacket with synthetic insulation, offering warmth comparable to a traditional down jacket of similar weight.
Thanks to the synthetic insulation Climashield™ Apex, it provides excellent thermal insulation properties, even in extreme humidity. Unlike down jackets, it handles all impurities like sweat and dust much better and loses almost none of its insulating properties when in contact with them. At the same time, the jacket is much easier to clean and wash, as you won't have to deal with long and demanding drying process typical for down jackets.
The jacket is made of 10D nylon, which is ultralight, highly packable, and quick-drying. The outer fabric is treated with a DWR finish that repels light condensation from humidity or a few drops of water. The material is also well wind-resistant, helping you stay warm even in challenging conditions, which are not uncommon on long-distance trails.

Features
Zipper extending halfway up the jacket with a protective cuff allows for easy ventilation during active movement.
The large front pocket with reinforced insulation will warm your frozen hands while providing ample space for electronics or a small snack.
Raglan sleeves offer perfect comfort and ease of movement, thanks to the slightly oversized cut of the entire jacket, allowing you to easily wear additional layers underneath. They fit perfectly under backpack straps and do not restrict the range of motion. The ends of the sleeves are equipped with elastic cuffs.
The comfortable hood is equipped with a drawstring, just like the lower hem of the jacket, which prevents further intrusion of cold and moisture from below when tightened.
These features make the Torrid Pullover jacket a great companion for adventures of all lengths and in places where you are likely to encounter increased humidity and don't have the option to take too much care of the jacket. Care and maintenance
While the jacket is designed to perform in demanding conditions, it’s a good idea to give it a wash after every extended adventure. Salt, sweat, and dirt can reduce the performance and lifespan of ultralight materials and waterproof membranes. Proper cleaning also helps maintain water repellency and loft.
Instructions
Wash the jacket by hand. Fill a sink or bucket with an appropriate amount of warm water (not hot).
Read the instructions on your detergent and add the recommended amount to the water. Use the smallest suggested quantity to make rinsing easier and more thorough.
Follow the detergent instructions. Let the jacket soak for a few minutes, then gently knead it with your fingers to ensure the detergent reaches all areas of the fabric and insulation. For heavily soiled spots, gently scrub with a washcloth or bandana.
Rinse the jacket thoroughly. Repeat as needed until all detergent residues are removed, and the water runs clear.
Gently squeeze out as much water as possible, then dry the jacket in a dryer (dry setting, low heat, low spin, gentle cycle) or hang/lay it flat to air dry.
