The Flextail ZERO pump is the world's smallest and lightest pump for inflating sleeping pads and other outdoor gear, yet its performance rivals that of larger, heavier models. Weighing just 33 grams, or 50 grams with the rechargeable battery, it remains incredibly lightweight. Its well-designed set of nozzles ensures compatibility with nearly any sleeping pad.

If you are tired of inflating by mouth or with an inflation bag, the ZERO pump will do the job for you. Moreover, it is the smallest and lightest air pump in the world, so you won't even notice it in your backpack! This little practical camping gadget saves you time and breath.
Inflating a sleeping pad with your mouth introduces moisture into the pad, which is difficult to dry out. This can lead to the formation and growth of mold inside the chambers. Moreover, if you inflate the sleeping pad with your mouth in freezing temperatures, the trapped moisture inside the pad can condense and freeze. Neither of these issues contributes to the longevity of the sleeping pad; in some cases, it can even damage it. This can be prevented by using an inflation bag or a pump. For us, a pump is definitely the winner, making the preparation of the sleeping pad for sleeping completely effortless!
Getting all the air out of a sleeping pad and packing it into a small transport bag can sometimes be a challenge. However, with the ZERO pump, it’s a breeze. Just attach the sleeping pad to the air intake side, and the inflating pump turns into a vacuum pump. In no time, you’ll remove all the air from the sleeping pad and pack it down to the smallest possible size.
The pump can also be used for blowing up the fire.
The pump has very easy operation – just connect it to the valve of the sleeping pad with the correct end for inflating or deflating (if necessary, already with a nozzle). You can turn the pump on with a double click and turn it off with a single click.

Thanks to the set of 6 different nozzles included in the package, the pump can be used with almost any sleeping pads and other inflatable outdoor gear. The nozzles are small, lightweight, and made of rubber, perfectly fitting the pump and the valves of the sleeping pads, thus preventing air leakage.
According to tests in the Flextail laboratory using an RCR123A 650mAh battery, individual types of sleeping pads can be inflated in the range of 50–70 seconds, with a total of 17–25 inflations per charge:
However, the stated data should be taken with a grain of salt; based on experience, inflating a sleeping pad takes between 60–120 seconds depending on the size and type of the pad. On long-distance trails, it will usually be enough to recharge the battery in towns along with the rest of your electronics (power bank, headlamp, etc.).

The Flextail ZERO pump is supplied with a rechargeable Flextail RCR123A battery with a capacity of 650 mAh and a voltage of 3,7 V. The battery has a USB-C charging port.
According to laboratory tests, the supplied battery lasts for 25 minutes of inflation, which averages to 17-25 inflations per charge, depending on the inflation time of specific sleeping pads.
The battery can also be easily replaced in the pump. However, it must be one of the following types of batteries: RCR123A with a charging port, RCR123A with a charger, or CR123A disposable. At the same time, it must meet the following specifications: battery voltage 3,7–4,2 V, battery size ⌀ 16 x 34 mm, battery capacity exceeding 650 mAh (including).
