For all lovers of Olomouc curd cheese, we have included their freeze-dried version in our range, which you can take with you anywhere. In a sealed ziplock bag, they do not smell and will not spoil. Freeze-dried cheese is an excellent source of protein (the protein content is over 80%).

If you are tired of muesli or raw bars and you are looking for a hearty and tasty, unconventional snack, you should try freeze-dried Olomouc curd cheese! Thanks to freeze-drying, they have an even more intense flavor than traditional cheese and are a great source of protein (84 g per 100 g)!
Freeze-dried Olomouc curd cheese will satisfy a small hunger, fatigue, or a moment of craving. It offers a proper portion of protein, but above all, it is a fabulous gourmet experience. This ultralight snack was made by removing water through freeze-drying – lyophilization.
You can use pieces of this cheese for grating, as a spice, seasoning, or just on bread with butter. They are excellent in spreads. You can't go wrong even if you just munch on them. They also pair wonderfully with beer.
Cheese becomes crisp, not hard, after freeze-drying. Once you put it in your mouth, it begins to slowly dissolve.

Approximately 260 g of fresh Olomouc curd cheese is used to produce 100 g of freeze-dried cheese. Made according to a traditional Czech recipe in the Czech Republic.
Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight. Prevent air exposure using a ziplock closure.
Shelf life: The minimum shelf life is indicated on the back of the package.
