Freeze-dried string cheese will satisfy a small hunger, fatigue, or a moment of craving. It offers a proper portion of protein, but above all, it is a fabulous gourmet experience. This ultralight snack was made by removing water through freeze-drying – lyophilization (type of dehydration process).
Cheese becomes crisp, not hard, after freeze-drying. Once you put it in your mouth, it begins to slowly dissolve. This packaging contains approximately 25 grams of protein.

Approximately 180 g of fresh string cheese is used to produce 100 g of freeze-dried cheese. Made in the Czech Republic in cooperation with the Doubravský Dvůr dairy.
