Specifications
The Jetboil Flash cooking system is all about speed. The cook pot has an integrated FluxRing heat exchanger at the bottom, which you can easily connect to the stove using the press-fit. The whole system has perfect stability, so you won’t tip it over easily. The stove features simple, safe, and reliable ignition. The flame is sheltered, which minimizes heat loss while cooking in the wind. The total weight of the system (without the stabilizing tripod) is 371 grams.
Flash belongs to the category of unregulated Jetboil stoves. It’s just a rocket that, once lit, runs at full power and boils water in no time. For slow cooking, it's better suited to Minimo, Micromo and Sumo.
If you're a coffee lover, you'll definitely find useful Silicone Coffee Press. You can pack the canister Jetboil Jetpower Fuel – 100 g (not included in the package) together with the stove.
Updates compared to the previous version
- Optimization of boiling time, performance, and gas consumption – lower gas consumption (by up to 30%) thanks to slightly lower burner output
- New cylinder design around the burner while keeping the same weight – colored grip zone for easy and intuitive control, improved ignition, and a stronger connection between the canister and the burner
- Improved ignition – the "turn-and-click" rotary knob feels just like the ignition on your home stove; the piezo automatically sparks when you twist the knob to the right position
- Design modification of the stabilizing tripod – it fits the burner perfectly, which allows for even more compact packing of the system
- Neoprene case loop with a buckle – safe and convenient control
