Usage
The Scream 55 is far from being the lightest backpack in this volume category. Weighing 1,27 kg, it may not appeal to those who aim to cut weight on every piece of gear. However, its strengths lie elsewhere—comfortable and well-padded suspension, durable materials, larger volume, and higher load capacity. This backpack is an ideal choice for those starting with lightweight backpacking and minimalism while still needing a reliable pack for long-distance journeys.
The backpack comes in one size, suitable for individuals with a torso length of 48–56 cm and a waist circumference of 71–122 cm. The backpack's dimensions are 61 x 28 x 28 cm.
The total volume of the backpack is 55 liters, with a manufacturer-rated maximum load capacity of 20,4 kg.
Features I.
The main compartment is a simple, long tunnel. The backpack closure works the same way as waterproof dry bags (roll-top)—you roll the opening down multiple times and secure it with side buckles. Thanks to the long "sleeve" extension, the pack can be expanded by approximately 20–30 cm above the shoulder straps.
On the back panel, there are two large vertical zippered pockets. Originally designed for an ultralight tent, these pockets also work great for storing a rain jacket, extra clothing, a water filter, or snacks.
A long U-shaped zipper on the back panel allows quick and easy access to the main compartment, so you can get exactly what you need without unpacking everything.
The aluminum frame and 1 cm thick EVA foam panel ensure optimal weight distribution and carrying comfort.
The side compression straps and large side pockets easily accommodate two 1-liter bottles or one larger bottle.

The backpack is equipped with load-lifter straps, which are especially useful when carrying heavier loads. They allow you to pull the pack closer to your body, improving weight distribution and stability.
The hip belt features two medium-sized zippered pockets, perfect for storing a phone, wallet, power bank, or energy bars.
A sternum strap with a whistle, an attachment loop for an ice axe or trekking poles, and multiple gear attachment points provide additional versatility. The backpack is also fully compatible with hydration bladders.
At the bottom of the pack, newly added straps with buckles allow you to secure extra gear externally.
The interior is lined with light-colored recycled nylon, which significantly improves visibility inside the pack, making it easier to locate your gear.
Materials
The backpack is constructed from highly durable 210D Robic Dynajin Nylon Ripstop UTS and 210D Recycled Nylon SD Oxford PU. While not fully waterproof, it features a PU coating, making it capable of handling light rain with ease.
The back panel is padded with EVA foam under the lumbar and shoulder blade areas, providing enhanced comfort and breathability.
The shoulder straps and hip belt are padded with high-density EVA foam, which can handle heavier loads while remaining comfortable and breathable.
