Nitecore NU25 MCT is the new successor to one of the most popular headlamps in our lineup. Weighing in at just 50 grams (including the sports elastic band), it offers a bigger battery capacity compared to the previous version, which means longer runtime and better throw. The main upgrade is the use of innovative MCT LED (Multi Color Temperature), which lets you shine three different shades of white light – neutral, warm, and cool – depending on your current conditions or preferences.

Modes
The headlamp offers a total of 9 lighting modes, which include three types of white light (warm, neutral, and cold), red light (steady and flashing), and two special modes – SOS and strobe beacon for emergency situations.
White light is divided into three color temperatures – warm, neutral, and cool. Warm white (3000K) provides a soft and natural light that is easy on the eyes and cuts through fog or rain well. Neutral white (4500K) is versatile for general use. Cool white (6500K) offers sharp daylight that helps you stay focused during long hikes or runs. Each option has its advantages depending on the environment and activity. With two reflectors, the headlamp offers a beam distance of up to 132 meters with a brightness of 400 lumens.
Red light is perfect for gentle illumination without blinding – great for things like reading a map or for night vision. You can switch between steady light and warning flashing.
