It keeps its low weight, thermal insulation properties, incredible comfort, and packability, while also increasing durability. The D 890 model is a perfect choice for winter conditions.

Materials
On the inside and outside of the sleeping bag, a new combination of two proven ultralight fabrics, Pertex Quantum (32 g/m2) and Toray Airtastic (38 g/m2), with a water-repellent DWR treatment with long-lasting effectiveness has been used. Thanks to this, the sleeping bag keeps its low weight while offering even greater comfort and higher mechanical durability. Both of these functional materials are environmentally friendly and made from 100% recycled nylon.
The sleeping bag in size M is filled with 890 grams of duck down with a minimum fill power of 700+ cuin. The ratio of down to small feathers is 90/10. The down is hypoallergenic and meets the criteria for certification according to IDFL a RDS. The insulation fill in the sleeping bag is distributed in a ratio of 50:50 (top part : bottom part).
The weight of the sleeping bag in size S is 1137 grams, M is 1230 grams, and size L is 1304 grams. The weight difference compared to the original line. Dpro is only about 15 grams.
Sleeping bags D are available in four color options – blue, green, red, and anthracite.
Construction
The mummy shape naturally follows the curves of your body, which reduces weight and increases thermal insulation efficiency. Compared to the Patizon G series, it’s more comfortable – wider at the feet and shoulders. The Z-shaped chamber construction ensures even distribution of insulation in the chambers while preventing the formation of so-called cold spots at the seams. The width of the sleeping bag at ear level is 60 cm (S/M), 62 cm (L), at the shoulders 67 cm (S/M), 72 cm (L), at the hips 60 cm (S/M), 64 cm (L), and at the feet 32 cm (S/M), 33 cm (L).
The sleeping bag in size S is suitable for people with a height between 156-170 cm, size M for those with a height between 171-185 cm, and size L for those with a height of 186-200 cm.
The anatomically shaped footbox gives you the perfect down distribution in the chambers throughout your sleep. There are also loops for hanging your sleeping bag, like when you're drying it.
Features
The hood collar is filled with Climashield synthetic insulation, which better resists moisture from breath and pressure from the drawcord. The hood adjustment is one-touch and positioned for maximum accessibility and comfort. The hood itself is anatomically shaped, allowing for head movement while lying down or sitting up.
Sleeping bags are equipped on the inside with a continuous chamber along the entire length of the zipper. This way, there are no heat escapes around the zipper area. The spacious inner pocket measuring 20 x 12 cm can hold everything you want to have quick access to or need to protect from the cold – from your phone to spare batteries and even a water filter.
Just like with the Dpro model, the zipper is located on the top side. This kind of zipper has better insulation properties, is lighter, and is easier to zip up. The zipper is on the left side of the sleeping bag.
A quality YKK zipper is way finer compared to competing sleeping bags (thickness 3 mm versus the usual 6 mm) to reduce weight and heat loss. The zipper works in two positions. In the GO position, the zipper easily opens by pulling on the fabric. In the STOP position, the zipper is locked and won’t budge. Thanks to the zipper with two sliders, you can easily adjust the temperature in the sleeping bag in warmer conditions.
Sleeping bag accessories
The sleeping bag comes with a compression stuff sack that reduces its volume by up to 13x. The dimensions before and after compression of the stuff sack are 23 x 42,5 cm / 23 x 33 cm. The stuff sack's volume is 14,1 l.
To avoid compressing your sleeping bag too much while storing it at home, you'll also get a fabric sack for its storage with the sleeping bag.
