Specifications
Sambob Alpha 90 Joggers are made from Polartec Alpha Direct material with a mid-weight of 90 g/m². Because of this, they’re extremely lightweight, breathable, and soft to the touch, while also providing good warmth and temperature regulation even during active movements. On their own, they give you enough warmth in mild cold – ideal for sleeping outside in nature on long-distance trails. Paired with an outer layer, they work great as a lightweight and packable insulation layer for winter sports. The pants have a minimalist design with a 2,5 cm wide elastic waistband and loose foldable elastic cuffs at the ankles. The pants don’t have any pockets. The weight is approx 130 g (size M). These pants have a straight cut. It’s a unisex model, but the sizing is more like men’s sizes (lower back rise and narrower in the hip area). The fit is a bit looser, so if you’re planning to layer additional clothing over them, consider going down a size for a tighter/legging fit. Materials
Polartec® Alpha Direct is a lightweight, extremely breathable active-insulation fabric made of 100% polyester that can be worn next to skin. It was originally developed for the military. Its structure consists of lofted fibers bonded to a fine mesh. It is produced in various weights (60/90/120 g/m²) for different conditions. In the ultralight community, it has become very popular in recent years thanks to its unique weight-to-warmth ratio.

Maintenance: Wash the pants in cold or lukewarm water (up to 30 °C) on a delicate cycle with liquid detergent without fabric softeners or bleach, ideally in a mesh laundry bag to prevent the fabric from snagging on zippers of other items. Dry preferably by hanging or laying flat, avoid high temperatures in the dryer, direct sunlight, and radiators.
