Weight
Sea To Summit Quilt Ember I is an ultralight summer down quilt with a total weight of just 420 grams. It is filled with 200 grams of high-quality down with a fill power of 850+ cuin and a hydrophobic Ultra-Dry treatment. The quilt is made from lightweight and highly packable 10D nylon.

The filling of the quilt consists of 200 grams of top-quality down with a fill power of 850+ cuin and Ultra-Dry water-repellent treatment. The down used is approximately 95% goose and 5% duck. The down is certified Responsible Down Standard (RDS).
Ultra-Dry Down is a water-repellent treatment free of harmful substances PFC or PFAS. It is applied to down during its processing. Hydrophobic down is not waterproof, but it absorbs less water than untreated down and dries much faster. Ultra-Dry Down does not affect the loft, lifespan of the down, or its breathability. The treatment lasts for at least 20 washes.
The construction of the sleeping bag uses Ultralight 10D Nylon, which has excellent compression capability, is lightweight, and surprisingly durable. On the inside, an even lighter 7D nylon material is used, which is pleasant to the touch. The outer side is equipped with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating that holds back light condensation or a few drops of water.

Ember I has a sewn through chamber construction, which is ideal for summer sleeping bags and quilts with a smaller amount of down, as it does not unnecessarily increase weight and does not worsen packability.
The quilt can be fully unzipped and turned into a spacious blanket. You can adjust the width of the quilt using the tightening buckles.
The Regular size has a width of 120 cm at the neck, 150 cm at the hips, and 87 cm at the feet, suitable for individuals up to 183 cm tall. The filling weight is 200 grams and the total weight is 420 grams.
The Long size has a neck width of 140 cm when unzipped, 170 cm at the hips, and 97 cm at the feet, suitable for people up to 198 cm tall. The filling weight is 230 grams and the total weight is 480 grams.

The quilt has a drawstring at the feet, which you can use to create a foot box.
The quilt includes 4 adjustable straps that are used to attach the quilt to the sleeping pad and adjust its width. Unlike traditional quilts, the Ember quilt is secured by tucking its edges under the sleeping pad. The edges can then be tightened with the straps. You can tuck only the top half of the quilt under the sleeping pad and leave the bottom on top of it, or tuck the edges along the entire length. The edges are equipped with snaps, allowing you to fasten the quilt and create a practically closed sleeping bag without a hood.
Using two snaps at the top, you can secure the quilt around your neck. It also features a drawstring for the upper collar and a chamber filled with down to minimize heat loss around the neck.
QuiltLock System – sleeping bags Spark II and Spark III are equipped with loops on the sides for attaching any Sea To Summit quilt. By combining a sleeping bag and a quilt, you can elevate their use and performance to a whole new level.
The great thing is that the quilt comes with a waterproof Ultra-sil compression sack size XXS (3,3 L – 1,3 L), so you won't have to buy it separately. You'll also receive a special storage sack for long-term storage of the sleeping bag at home.
The dimensions of the Regular size after compression are ø 13 x 14 cm (1,8 l).
The dimensions of the Long size after compression are ø 13 x 20 cm (2,7 l).
