Sea To Summit Spark II
The Spark II from Sea To Summit is an ultralight down sleeping bag ideal for the warmer spring to warmer autumn, with a total weight of just 490 grams. It is filled with 300 grams of high-quality down with a fill power of 850+ cuin and a water-repellent Ultra-Dry treatment. The sleeping bag is constructed from lightweight and highly packable 10D nylon.

Materials
The filling of the sleeping bag consists of premium 300 grams of down with a fill power of 850+ cuin and an Ultra-Dry water-repellent treatment. The down used is approximately 98% goose and 2% duck. The down has a certificate Responsible Down Standard (RDS). The temperatures for the sleeping bag are determined according to the European standard EN13537.
Ultra-Dry Down is a water-repellent treatment free of harmful substances PFC or PFAS. It is applied to down feathers during processing. Hydrophobic down feathers are not waterproof, but they absorb less water than untreated down feathers and dry much faster. Ultra-Dry Down does not affect the loft, lifespan, or breathability of the down feathers. The treatment lasts for at least 20 washes.
The construction of the sleeping bag uses Ultralight 10D Nylon fabric, which has excellent compressibility, is lightweight, and surprisingly durable. On the inside, an even lighter 7D nylon material is used, which feels nice to the touch. The outer side is coated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment that holds back light condensation or a few droplets of water.
Construction
The sleeping bag has a mummy shape. Even though it is a true ultralight, the sleeping bag is relatively spacious.
Spark II features a hybrid chamber construction. The upper half of the sleeping bag features longitudinal box chambers construction (with vertical walls), which prevents unwanted down from shifting to the sides. The lower half of the sleeping bag has transverse chambers with sewn through construction.
The Regular size has a shoulder width of 75 cm, 65 cm at the hips, and 44 cm at the feet, suitable for individuals up to 183 cm tall. The filling weight is 300 grams, and the total weight is 490 grams.
The Long size has a shoulder width of 79 cm, a hip width of 69 cm, and a foot width of 47 cm, making it suitable for individuals with a height of up to 198 cm. The fill weight is 345 grams and the total weight is 560 grams.
Features
The sleeping bag has a zipper on the left side and is only half-length. This saved weight, improved packability, and minimized heat loss. The zipper used is from the YKK brand #3 with two sliders. The zipper is secured at the top with a snap to prevent it from separating or scratching the chin.
The zipper is covered on the inside by a down-filled insulating tube. The last chamber at the neck is filled with a larger amount of down to minimize possible warmth loss.
The Spark sleeping bags have adjustable hoods and neck collars with drawstrings.
QuiltLock System – the sleeping bag is equipped with loops on the sides for attaching any Sea To Summit quilt. By combining the sleeping bag and quilt, you can take their use and performance to a whole new level.
Accessories
A compression sack Ultra-sil (45 g) is provided with the sleeping bag. You will also receive a special storage bag for long-term storage of the sleeping bag at home.
The dimension of the Regular size after compression is Ø 13 x 19 cm (2,5 l). The size of the supplied compression sack is XXS.
