Replacement procedure

First of all, you need to pull the internal reinforcement out of the "pockets" inside the backpack at the flap. Then you can disassemble the reinforcement at the joint where all 3 poles of the Y construction come together. After that, pull the reinforcement out of the sleeve on the hip belt, thread the straps out of the buckles on the backpack, and you can remove the hip belt. Then install the new hip belt by reversing the process.
