Summit To Eat meals are prepared using the freeze-drying process known as lyophilization.
Simply pour in hot water, stir, and within minutes, your meal is ready to eat. No dirty dishes, and while waiting for the food to rehydrate, you can, for example, set up your sleeping gear.
We tested the meals ourselves, and believe me, after a tough day, you will really enjoy them. They are nutritionally balanced and made with natural ingredients.
The Big Pack is ideal for two people who aren't starving or who might want to pair it with a soup. However, if you're really hungry after a demanding day, you can easily eat the whole meal on your own.

1. Tear off the top of the pouch. 2. Remove the moisture absorber packet. 3. Pour hot water into the pouch (one serving – 300 ml, big pack – 570 ml). 4. Stir well. 5. Seal the pouch and let it rehydrate. 6. After eight minutes, stir again and enjoy.
TIP: If you don’t have an exact water measurement, pour water up to the inner fill line (indicated on the package), stir (do not add more water), and close the pouch.
