Zipper-bag in which you can prepare Adventure Menu food using a flameless-heater without the need for a stove.
How does it work?
Self-heating pad, also known as a flameless-heater, is a special bag that heats vacuum-packed Adventure Menu meals without the need for a stove or cookware in just 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can relax, prepare your sleeping area, or enjoy the view.
Self-heating system works on the principle of an exothermic reaction between calcium oxide and water. The self-heating system consists of heating capsules (sold separately) and a Zipper-bag, in which the entire heating process takes place.
The Zipper-bag will serve you for several dozens of uses!
Food preparation process
Tear off the top edge of the dehydrated food bag.
Pour cold water into the bag up to the internal fill line.
Stir and close the bag.
Remove the self-heating pad from the packaging and place it at the bottom of the Zipper-bag.
Insert the food into the Zipper-bag.
Measure the amount of water in the flameless-heater packaging.
Pour water into the Zipper-bag and seal it.
Wait for the water to heat up and the food to rehydrate (20 min).
Vacuum-sealed capsules have a slower onset of the chemical reaction, so we recommend squeezing the capsule before use to loosen the mixture.
