It may not be the lightest inflatable sleeping pad on the market (510 g in the Regular version), but the material used, construction, and thickness of 9 cm with higher side chambers will provide you with incredible comfort when sleeping outside in nature. So, if you don't mind trading a few grams in your backpack for extra comfort, this sleeping pad is just for you.

Specifications
Although the Big Agnes Rapide SL Insulated sleeping pad is not one of the lightest on the market (510 grams in the Regular version), it is certainly among the most popular, especially when it comes to the comfort it provides for sleeping.
The sleeping mat has a thermal resistance R = 4.8 (measured according to the ASTM F3340-18 standard), making it ideal for sleeping outdoors in nature from the cooler spring until autumn. In winter, we recommend placing an additional foam mat underneath, which will significantly increase thermal insulation from the ground.
The sleeping mat is made of double, lightweight, and durable nylon ripstop material with an internal antimicrobial treatment that effectively eliminates the formation of mold inside the mat. The upper side is coated with a fine, very pleasant touch woven material, which makes this mat rustle less during movement compared to other inflatable mats.
The sleeping pad has a rectangular shape with an inner chamber construction in the shape of an I, which provides uniform support for the body across the entire surface of the pad, improves its stability, maintains its shape, and simultaneously offers incredible comfort while lying down. The sleeping pad has a thickness of 9 cm with larger outer chambers (11 cm), which prevents slipping off the pad if you often toss and turn during the night. The inner TPU lamination primarily increases the strength and durability of the sleeping pad. The inside of the sleeping pad is also equipped with two layers of reflective insulation coating, which effectively reflects body heat and thus increases thermal comfort.
The sleeping pad is equipped with two recessed valves for easy and quick inflation and deflation. It also allows for fine regulation of the air pressure inside the sleeping pad.
The package includes a large inflatable bag, a small protective storage bag, and a repair kit (spare valve sealing and repair patches).
