NEMO Dagger OSMO 2P
Dagger OSMO 2P tent from the American brand NEMO It is an ultra-lightweight free-standing three-season double-wall tent that provides plenty of comfort and space for 2 people. Unlike most ultra-lightweight tents, the width of the interior space in this tent is the same at the head and feet (127 cm). The length (229 cm) and height of the tent (106 cm) are also more than favorable even for tall individuals.
This tent also features 2 separate entrances, which have extra spacious trapezoidal vestibules. And if you don't like leaving your backpack or shoes in the vestibule overnight because you're afraid they might get damp or dirty from the ground, NEMO has come up with a very practical and unconventional feature for this tent – a waterproof storage space called Landing Zone™ in the vestibules. And if you know you won't be using this space, you can leave it at home and save a few grams in your backpack.
The total weight of the tent (including accessories) is 1,86 kg, which you can comfortably distribute between both occupants thanks to practical packing.
The package includes not only the tent itself (inner tent, rainfly) with a branched tent pole, but also tent stakes, guy lines, a pole repair sleeve, and a practical stuff sack with a roll-top closure.
To extend the lifespan of the tent, we recommend using the original footprint underneath the tent NEMO Dagger 2P Footprint, which can be purchased separately, optionally the footprint Tyvek for 2 people.
Features
2 separate doors and 2 vestibules
The tent has 2 separate entrances located on the sides, so you don't have to crawl over each other with your partner. Each entrance has its own extremely spacious trapezoidal vestibule, for example, for storing a backpack.
Landing Zone™ storage space
The vestibules have the option to attach a waterproof extra storage space that will protect your belongings from getting wet and dirty from the ground.
Partially cut rainfly
Above the head is a partially cut rainfly, which does not completely reach the ground due to the reduction of the weight of the entire tent and at the same time improves ventilation. However, rain does not get into the tent – the inner tent is made of OSMO ripstop material, from which the bucket-style footprint of the tent is also made.
Inner tent – mosquito net
The inner tent is made of OSMO ripstop material and mosquito netting that also eliminates condensation. On the sides of the tent, white mesh is used, which provides more privacy, while above your head, there is black mesh through which you can observe the night sky.
Patented Gatekeeper™ clips
A simple and elegant solution for securing the tent doors and mesh using integrated Gatekeeper™ clips, which you can operate with just one hand.
Ventilation openings
To reduce moisture condensation inside the tent, you can open the small ventilation vents on the rainfly, which are located above both entrances to the tent.
Storage space
In the corners of the inner tent (tent body), you will find smaller mesh pockets for storing small items, such as a mobile phone or glasses.
Night pockets for light
Inside the inner tent, there are also 2 pockets where you can place your turned-on headlamps in the evening, evenly dispersing the light in the tent while also removing blue light.
Practical packing
The tent can be packed up completely, including the poles, into a stuff sack with a roll-top closure, which is included in the package. It is designed in such a way that you can also distribute the weight of the tent among partners if you pack the poles and stakes separately.
Materials
The entire OSMO tents brand series NEMO it is made of patented ripstop material OSMO. It is a combination of 100% recycled polyester and nylon, which is 20% stronger, has 4x better water repellency, and 3x less stretch when wet compared to commonly used tent materials. The OSMO material also contains no PFAS substances, no added chemicals were used in its production, and it meets fire resistance standards. It also comes with certification bluesign®. This means that the manufacturing process of this material is safe for the environment, workers, and its users.

Construction
The tent is free-standing, meaning it can stand independently without being secured with stakes. If necessary, only the walls of the vestibules need to be tensioned and secured (using stakes, larger stones, etc.).
The tent assembly itself is quick, simple, and intuitive thanks to the color-coded components.
The main structure of the tent is made up of one branched DAC Featherlite® NSL pole. The inner tent is attached to the pole structure using clips, and the rainfly is draped over it and fastened.
The video shows the setup of the NEMO Dagger tent, which has the same construction and build as the NEMO Dagger OSMO, differing only in the materials used and color.
