NEMO Tensor Elite offers a unique balance of thermal insulation (R=2,4) and low weight (240 g in the Regular version) for three-season use. It's the perfect companion for most long treks from the warmer spring through to autumn. Right now, it's the lightest inflatable in its class in the world.

Materials and construction
The top part of the sleeping pad is made from ultralight, touch-friendly material 10D Cordura Nylon Ripstop. Even though it's a very high-quality and durable material, you always need to be careful when choosing a sleep spot (no sharp rocks, thorny plants, etc.). If you don’t have perfect sleeping conditions, you can also use a thin pad under the air mattress just to be safe – EVA foam sleeping pad. The material has certification bluesign®, which means that the sleeping pad was made in a way that's safe for the environment, the workers, and its users.
The inside of the inflatable sleeping pad features the patented Apex™ baffle construction, which uses less material while providing stable body support and even weight distribution. Inside each partition, there is one layer of thermal insulation made from ultralight aluminum foil called Thermal Mirror™, which effectively reflects body heat and contributes to an overall R-value of R=2,4.
Thanks to the material used and the well-thought-out internal construction, the creaky and crinkly noises that you might encounter with various other inflatable sleeping pads are significantly reduced. Because of this, you can sleep undisturbed, not just you, but also your buddies and neighbors at the campsite.

The NEMO Tensor Elite sleeping pad is designed to be as light as possible. That's why it's made in just one shape (mummy) and in a standard (regular) or shortened version (short), which is perfect for those with a shorter height or true minimalists who prop their feet up with their backpack. So, there are no rectangular shapes, wider, or extended models available.

With the sleeping pad, you'll also get a repair kit, a Velcro strap for securing the folded pad, a small storage sack, and a big inflatable Vortex bag for quick and easy inflation.
Using an inflatable bag not only makes inflating your sleeping pad way easier and faster, but it also saves your breath, which is super handy, especially when you're sleeping at higher altitudes. Plus, with the inflatable bag, you're not filling your sleeping pad with humid air, which can lead to mold growing inside the pad over time.
To make inflating your sleeping pad even easier, you can grab a pump Flextail TINY pump 2X or Flextail ZERO pump, with which you’ll have it done effortlessly.
